InshaAllah this email finds you well. We have a few important announcements to share, please be sure to read this email all the way through.
We are trying to keep our website updated with current announcements. Please be sure to check it regularly!
Classroom Corner: We've added a new portion to the website dedicated to our students and teachers, where they share their work, weekly activities, or a general layout of their daily routine. Visit to see what our students are up to!
Deadlines and Documentation:
Nurse Visitation: Our annual health screenings will take place on March 22nd. Please make sure we have your child's most recent immunization record on file for the nurse. Students who have not provided any immunization documentation should have had a notice sent home regarding it. For more information regarding vaccination schedule, please consult your child's doctor, or visit: http://nj.gov/health/cd/documents/k12-parents.pdf
Parents of Pre-K students, please provide proof of your child's updated flu shot, or a note from the doctor if they are exempted for health or religious reasons.
Transportation Forms: If you are a New Jersey resident and plan to enroll your child for the 2016-2017 school year, please be sure to fill out and return the B6T application for private school transportation no later than March 10th. The form will be sent home with your child this week, one form must be filled out for each child attending.
Carpet: We need some help having the carpet in the trailer shampooed. It would be preferable to have this done on a weekend so that the carpet can dry while there are no children around.
Furniture: There are some large selves in the storage area of the trailer that need to be moved around. This would also need to be done on a weekend, inshaAllah.
Library: Our budding readers love books! We would like to organize them and go through the inventory to arrange them by level and genre.

Set-up: We will begin setting up the main area as well as the children's activity center around 5 pm. If anyone wants to help please let us know, so that we can coordinate accordingly, inshaAllah.
Servers: Please let us know if you can help with serving refreshments and dinner during the event.
Clean-up crew: If any volunteers can stay after the event to help with cleaning up, it would be extremely appreciated! We want to show our appreciation to ICMC and have the opportunity to be able to hold future events there by being gracious guests :)
